Marketing Brand Manger

We are now looking for a Marketing Brand Manager to join our team and help us grow, engage & retain both our candidate and client audience.

We are looking for someone to;

1. Help us find more talented junior people/ graduates by working directly with universities to create partnerships and a candidate flow
2. Manage our online communities across LinkedIn & Instagram
3. Manage & develop our website
4. Help us create branded content i.e sales presentations
5. Create candidate and client case studies
6. Help us create strategies to promote greater diversity in our candidate pools

We are looking for someone with;

1. Minimum of 2 years marketing experience
2. Experience of engaging with students
3. Experience of working with softwares to help create branded materials etc
4. Knowledge on how to build and manage a brand online Instagram / LinkedIN
5. Someone fun, bright, sparky and ready to take on the challenge of owning and building our brand
