Marketing and Administration Executive - Recruitment Market Leader
Salary: £23-25k (hidden)

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
To role is to provide Marketing and Administrative support to the Business Owners and the team of Recruitment Consultants. However, as it is a small business you will be given creative reign over the area and the ability to really make your own mark.
Work with Directors to manage and implement an ongoing marketing strategy (Including website design, social media, regular blogs)
Organise events; client attraction, advertising, organisation, and following up with attendees.
Research and organise team incentives (including team nights out and holidays)
Research office space and project manage pending office move.
Prepare client invoicing and liaise with Company Accountant and Payroll provider
Prepare clients' contracts - in timely manner and accurately
Chase-up signed contracts, following issue, where necessary;
Input supplier invoices and dealing with queries pertaining to them. Liaise with Accounts Payable on all aspects on the payment side of the contract;
Support Sales staff with general office duties: preparing post, filing, stationery orders and typing correspondence;
Organise paperwork for new trainees and new staff, (computer set-up, phones, raise helpdesk queries).
Payroll and HR administration
Work with the sales team to research sales and business development opportunities with key and potential clients.
Minute taking in board meetings and meetings with suppliers
Upkeep of cloud based CRM system (Sales Database)
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
PC literate, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Training will be given on CRM (Sales database)
Confident telephone manner especially when dealing with non-English speakers;
A-level; graduate or equivalent
Ability to work well in a busy office environment
Excellent communication skills; diplomatic and friendly;
Good prioritisation skills;
Self-motivated; able to work on own initiative & with minimal supervision;
Aptitude for figures; accurate work
Flexible approach; working as part of a team in a sales driven entrepreneurial environment
