About the opportunity
Over the course of the programme, you will move through a series of rotations across our manufacturing sites. You’ll be providing direction for manufacturing activities and playing an important part in the development of business plans, processes, and strategic objectives.
You’ll gain unique insight into how our sites work from all levels to really understand how we work. We’ll encourage you to put your learning into play with projects that are assigned to you during the programme. Responsibilities you could own on the programme include:

About you
We’re looking for proactive, resilient final year graduates with a 2:1 (or equivalent) in a Civil/Structural, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing subject area.
