Lloyds Banking Group - People & Places - Occupational Psychology
Lloyds Banking Group
What you’ll learn
To help our people perform at their best, we need to understand the way they behave.
That’s where our Occupational Psychologists come in. Through this programme, you’ll apply psychological theories, knowledge and practice to enhance our people proposition, supercharge the way we work and interact with each other, and create an environment where everybody thrives.
An initial two-week onboarding People and Places boot camp, meeting fellow graduates, will get you off to a strong start. Across the scheme you’ll rotate through different HR teams to develop a strong set of specialist and generalist expertise.
You’ll be matched up with a buddy or mentor to support you and offer guidance throughout the scheme, and you’ll have access to technical and business-aligned training, including platforms such as Viva Learning and Learning Management systems, to further help your development.
With opportunities for extracurricular activities to expand your skills and experience across the bank, and with introductions to colleague networks, you’ll make great connections to further your career.
The work you could be doing:
- Leading the development of a people product, from early design to implementation.
- Using your specialist knowledge to challenge thinking and provide fresh insight.
- Working with forward-thinking suppliers to scope exciting new people solutions.
- Researching our market to uncover new partnerships, products and trends.
- Supporting and inspiring colleagues to unlock their full potential.
