What you'll learn
Over the course of two years packed with learning and development you'll complete four diverse placements covering customer insights, product development, data analysis and product delivery. Working with our multiskilled platform teams, which blend tech and business expertise, you'll deliver outstanding customer outcomes. We’ll power up your communication and data skills as you build valuable networks across the Group.
You’ll be matched up with a buddy or mentor to support you and offer guidance throughout the scheme, and you’ll have access to technical and business-aligned training, including platforms such as Viva Learning and Learning Management systems, to further help your development.

The work you could be doing
- Analysing customer behaviours using cutting-edge digital and data tools to understand and improve our products and services.
- Supporting the development of customer propositions.
- Leveraging customer insights to create campaigns and launch new products.
- Leading projects and building team relationships to create positive outcomes.
- Developing professional storytelling and presentation skills to engage customers through communications and events.
Requirements
What you need to apply
A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university. Please note we’re not able to sponsor visas.
Locations
This is a rotational Programme across various UK locations including London, South West, West Yorkshire, North West and Edinburgh.
Graduates can expect to be rotated into placements across these main hubs, with the potential for relocation after the first year. We support hybrid working with at least two days a week in the office.
Closing date
The closing date for applications is Sunday 20 October 2024. Our graduate schemes may close early if we receive a high number of applications, so it’s best to apply as soon as you can.
