This graduate recruitment role is a multi-faceted one that will involve candidate and client sales. This headhunter must be able to seek out the best candidates for legal professions. Besides sourcing and screening candidates and conducting interviews, this person must be able to effectively develop relationships with clients and consistently be increasing the success of the company. To be effective in this role, one must be extremely motivated and able to adapt to the vibrant and rigorous industry. In addition to the base salary, there will be a commission scheme and other benefits to this role. Understanding sales, sales cycles and sales process will be advantageous.

• Graduated with a 2.1 or above from a Top 30 University and have legal knowledge. Legal graduates with LPC's/ BPTCs and post TCs accepted
• A strong background in sports or other extracurricular activities
• Ideally have sales experience but not essential
• Strong communication skills
• Extremely ambitious with a strong work ethic
• Have a powerful desire to succeed and regularly hit sales targets
• Want a career as a recruitment consultant/ headhunter and want to move from a graduate to a business professional
• Ability to work in London (city of London)
