They're now looking for ambitious, French speaking graduates for the entry level role of the Lead Development Representative. The Flexera Package:

A basic salary of between £22-28,000, dependent on experience

Targeted OTE of up to £48,000

The Flexera Role:

Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of Flexera, its offering and marketplace in order to best educate prospects

Call through to potential customers, conversing using your French language skills in order to win business

Develop rapport using your language skills with existing accounts to identify and capitalise on areas of upsell

Assist management in devising and executing sales plans and strategies for your region

Objection handle and influence potential clients over the phone with your end-to-end knowledge of Flexera's offering - securing demonstrations, meetings and revenue

Capitalise on warm leads generated by marketing

The Flexera Candidate:

Educated to degree level

Business fluency in French and English

Comfortable in a target driven environment

Excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills

Ability to work well in a team, independently and prioritise tasks

A consultative approach

Ambitious with a positive, enthusiastic outlook
