Company Profile

Lazard is the world's leading independent financial advisor to business, government and investing institutions. At Lazard our people command a huge range of exceptional qualities. They are exceptional individuals who provide our clients with thoughtful advice and effective solutions to the most complex strategic and financial matters. We are looking for exceptional graduates to join us.

Job Profile

Join Lazard as an Analyst and you will be fully engaged in all aspects of our advisory work. You will support transaction teams by performing financial and statistical analyses, conducting research, preparing client presentations and assisting in due diligence efforts. As a vital member of the client team, you will have direct exposure to our senior bankers and trusted advisors.

We expect that you already possess an abundance of skills and qualifications. But we also look for particular qualities that tend to characterize our most successful people. You should have an excellent academic track record, as well as knowledge of financial statements and valuation methodologies or a strong desire to learn about financial markets. You should have self-confidence but be just as impressive in a team environment, having the courage and ambition to motivate yourself and others. Your ability to think creatively is essential, as we require all of our people to approach challenges with fresh thinking and new ideas.

At Lazard we celebrate the individuality of our people and our multi-cultural heritage, and we welcome graduates with a wide range of skills. We offer you the support, advice and guidance you need to grow and develop professionally - starting with a five-week training program to give you a sound understanding of the technical and business aspects of the Analyst role. You will join colleagues from across Europe and Asia Pacific as you participate in this programme, which includes master classes led by practicing financial professionals.
