KPMG Social Mobility Talent Insight Programmes

Primarily aimed at students from a low socioeconomic background, these paid, 3-day programmes (18th – 20th April inclusive) give you the chance to meet inspirational people from our diverse KPMG community and explore our variety of career opportunities.

You'll network with our colleagues, learn more about what we do and the meaningful difference we make to businesses and the communities we serve. You’ll gain valuable work experience, build your professional skills and if successful, you could secure a position on one of our 2023 graduate programmes starting in autumn.

What we look for

Our Social Mobility Talent Insight Programme is open to students who are in their final year at university, as well as those who have graduated already. The programmes are primarily aimed at students from a low socioeconomic background – please see our Careers portal for a description of what we mean by low socioeconomic background.
