Our Deal Advisory teams make a meaningful and positive difference, not only for our clients, but also for the communities we serve. We help our clients to buy, sell, fund, fix and partner with confidence, taking them from an initial idea right through to delivery. Working with teams from the wider firm, we support each client to make the right decisions, using advanced technologies to deliver deeper insights. It’s about delivering quality work that accelerates to better outcomes, including environmental, social and governance (ESG) solutions.

KPMG Deal Advisory Graduate Programmes

As a KPMG Deal Advisory graduate, you’ll support businesses to overcome some of their biggest challenges, and help them create a more sustainable future, economically and environmentally. You can expect a variety of work across different industries, including fashion brands, technology firms, sports stadiums, hotel groups, major energy companies, national transport companies and healthcare. You'll be undertaking client-facing work, providing advice and adding value at every stage of the deal cycle – including on some very high-profile deals. It could be that you're advising a company on a merger or how to see a new acquisition through successfully or helping businesses to accelerate change such as reaching net-zero emissions and making operations more sustainable.

It's exciting and fast-paced, but you'll also have the support that comes from being part of a diverse and collaborative team, where unique perspectives are valued. We'll ensure you have the work experiences you need to grow, the learning that will last you a lifetime and the support to feel confident from the start.

Our Deal Advisory programmes include:

  • Deal Advisory
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Deal Advisory Data Analytics and Technology
  • The Strategy Group
  • Deal Advisory Climate Risk & Sustainability

Programmes are available nationwide. Please visit our careers website for full details.

With the KPMG community by your side, you’ll have the support to grow in your own way, gaining learning for a lifetime. You’ll have access to funded, relevant professional qualifications or accreditations and an extensive programme of internal training geared towards your career and personal development.

We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days’ holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday. What’s more, you can take up to six days of time off to take part in volunteering initiatives.
