We offer programmes across a range of areas, such as Customer, Risk & Regulatory, People, Financial and Operational Transformation through to Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GCRS).

KPMG Governance Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) Graduate Programme

On our GRCS Graduate Programme, you’ll learn how businesses operate, what risks they face and how major decisions are made.

Our GRCS teams provide insight and commercial recommendations that support clients in achieving their business objectives, by conducting in-depth analysis and assessments of data and business processes. Our services include Internal Audit and Risk Assurance, as well as Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Internal Audit is all about independent assurance that an organisation's risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively. You’ll learn how to apply a combination of assurance and consulting skills to look beyond financial risks and financial statements, and consider wider issues such as the organisation's reputation, growth, environmental factors, and the way it treats its employees. As part of our Governance, Risk and Compliance teams, you’ll help organisations in areas such as governance and risk services, internal controls transformation and, internal controls compliance services.

On the Governance Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) graduate programme, you’ll study towards the ACA qualification.
