2020 Graduate Programme

At Kantar’s Public Division we work with clients around the world to build a better public realm. We advise on global best practice in public policy, public service delivery and public communications, delivered by our local expert teams.
In our UK based team, we help our public-sector clients to gain the insight they need to make critical policy decisions. Our work must be of the highest quality and able to withstand the highest degree of scrutiny. We are looking for enthusiastic Research Executives to join our team. Our aim is to deliver research excellence. In this role you will gain an overview of the social research process from business development, to set up, delivery and dissemination.
This is a trainee role through which you will have the opportunity to work with our specialist teams focussing on different aspects of our research and insight offer. You will have placements with at least three of our four teams, lasting four months each, and a permanent placement will be agreed at the end of these rotations. Not only will this ensure you develop smart research expertise (and you’ll be supported through the professional qualifications too) but our scheme will also build your commercial acumen, communication and project management skills – core foundations of any career.
The role aims to provide a strong foundation for new researchers, enabling you to undertake high quality social research.
(Base level is a 2.1 or above, at least 300 UCAS points and GCSE, or equivalent, Maths & English at a minimum grade B. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK).

3. Managing projects to ensure they run smoothly, meeting quality, time and budget targets.
4. Gaining a full understanding of the research process across a range of methods and policy areas
