hackajob partned with QA who is looking for talented and dedicates Graduate Software Developers for GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company to find Junior Software Engineers to support their ever-growing business.

This role is based in the Manchester office with some hybrid working from home.

The perks: 

  • The first 5 weeks of training will be virtual followed by 7 weeks on in person training in their
  • Manchester office.
  • During this time, you will receive a monthly bursary to help and support you during your
  • training.
  • Post training you will receive a completive salary of £26,000 which will increase to £29,000
  • after 12 months.

What they need from you:

  • An interest in software development - end-to-end design and delivery
  • To be a motivated self-starter, with a willingness to learn and pick up new skills quickly
  • Familiarity with one or more programming languages
  • To demonstrate excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • The ability to handle conflict and negotiate a positive outcome
  • To enjoys collaborating with team members
  • The ability to turn ideas into practical solutions
  • To demonstrate a methodical approach to solving business and technical problems
