Junior Researcher - Executive Search Team
Basic Salary: £24K (dependant on experience)
OTE Yr 1: £34K

You will be subject to a meritocratic commission system whereby your earning will reflect the amount of effort you put in. This commission structure combined with a highly competitive basic salary will give you as much opportunity as possible to maximise your total yearly earnings.

Requirements
The correct candidate must have a good 2:1 degree or relative work experience. They must have a sales minded approach and superior attention to detail to find the very best candidates. A natural leader and democratic team work approach is very desirable with managers. Commutable distance from Central London is essential.
