Spencer Ogden is looking to hire Bilingual Consultants for our London and Düsseldorf offices to continue growing our footprint within the renewables, infrastructure, and environmental sectors across DACH and BENELUX.


NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, we are looking for the raw materials and will provide full and continuous training and a clear career path.

We are looking for Graduates with the following language fluencies:

German, Danish, Finnish, Swedish and French

What does a Bilingual Junior Recruiter do?

The role of a Junior Recruiter is to identify and develop client (b2b) and candidate relationships. Sourcing highly skilled candidates is in our DNA, and providing a quality service by headhunting, interviewing, and being the go-to-Consultant is our mission.


This role is fast-paced, providing a variety of work and challenges daily, it is a sales-based Recruitment role not an HR function.


  • Our Bilingual Junior Recruiters proactively acquire and maintain relationships with a wide range of institutions in their designated industry.
  • Using their fluency in languages to build strong relationships with their candidates and clients in their native language.
  • They then consult with their client to understand their needs in terms of specialist talent.
  • With support and training, our sales consultants manage the process from start to finish from pulling the job, to sourcing the talent, all the way to negotiating the job offer.
  • When a candidate is successfully placed with a client our sales consultants will not only receive a commission but will be moving their way up the ladder to success.
