This job sits in their Collections and Recoveries Department. 


Description:


This is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering and dynamic Collections & Recoveries Team. We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic all-rounder who can:


·        Draft and file documents at court in order commence formal recovery action on behalf of investors, whether it is liquidation, administration, bankruptcy or county court procedures.

·        Successfully negotiate terms – both written and oral.

·        Liaise with external legal counsel.

·        Manage a heavy case load.

·        Assist with administrative duties relating to case management.

The Candidate:


You must have all of the following attributes:


Paralegal with extensive experience or PQE qualification.

Litigation experience – insolvency litigation is not required but would be preferred.

Excellent drafting skills.

Excellent communicator.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent organisational skills.

A team-player, and who can take responsibility and work independently.
