My client is a disruptive platform player working in IT managed services globally with a speciality in information security and vulnerability research. As a growing company that sits within the Stock Exchange Top 1000 most inspirational companies in the UK, they are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Junior HR Advisor to join their highly successful team.
As a Junior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support to both the business and employees and partnering with key stakeholders and leaders to deliver an HR service in line with the needs and priorities of the company. You will oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives and translating business requirements into effective HR practices across the Group. We are looking for someone with previous HR generalist experience who want to develop themselves in a fast-moving company.

A minimum of 2 years in an HR administrator role
Level 3 CIPD qualification
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Organised with the ability to prioritise
