The opportunity:
As a Junior Field Sales Account Manager you will manage relationships with existing retailers in and around the Birmingham Area.
Delivering revenue through sales of the company's market leading products and services to small retailers across the territory.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Calling on existing accounts to build relationships, reinforce the benefits of stocking products, and develop customer's knowledge of the offerings to ensure profit is maximised
Building a portfolio of new clients and striving to grow their business
Supplying merchandise and providing point of sale and promotional materials
Administration and reporting on activity, sales and profitability


What you'll need:
The ideal candidate will be a graduate calibre individual who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, drive, ambition and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve and exceed targets
Some level of experienced in a commercial sales or sales support role is essential for your application to be considered for the role
A Driving licence and own vehicle will be required
Excellent interpersonal skills in order to engage with your clients
Professionally presented, with the ability to question, listen and credibly build rapport with clients and prospects
Well organised and self-motivated with a winning attitude
