Customers of the Tech Vendor get rapid notification of approval, the business gets paid the full value of the contract quickly and our client assumes the billing cycle in one, smooth, painless process.
How you can expect to spend your day;
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with sales staff, vendors and customers using the Internal Sales function.
Where required, provide support resource for the external sales team with vendors and customers on sales tasks before transaction payout.
Provide assistance with and/or complete smaller transactions from vendors using the Internal Sales team delivery channel.
Provide pricing, documentation and credit submission support within the Internal sales team to ensure a quick and seamless transaction delivery for vendors and customers.
Maintain and compile reports as necessary for the Management Team or Vendors.
Ensure the record of all proposed and actual lease contracts and the status of their progress is complete and to chase progress on transactions being managed by the Internal Sales team.
Prepare finance contracts and other associated documentation for sending to customers.
Answer enquiries from customers regarding to sales and pre-payout issues.
Carry out any other duties at the request of the management which may be reasonably expected.
