We have an exciting new opportunity for an IT System Support Technician to join our Technology team located at our Head Office in Keighley, West Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will form part of a busy Technology Support Team, and provide support to our ERP system, NetSuite, which is the “World’s No 1 Cloud ERP system”

You will be an excellent communicator, organised, professional, resilient and have great customer service practices, as well as being able to manage you own workload.   

What You'll Be Doing

Managing, maintaining and supporting NetSuite’s daily operational activities such as manufacturing, sales, finance, CAD, purchasing, accounting, customer support and R&D.

Responsible for delivery of assigned issues, problems and support requests

Be part of the NetSuite improvement project team, collaborating with all other departments. These improvement projects include

  • item configuration
    • work order processing
    • stock control
    • bin replenishment
    • sales order processing
    • workflows
    • pricing

Advise and help implement new technology including integration with our customer web portal, 3D scanning technology, CAD software and other digital solutions.

Support testing, development, and implementation of new system processes to support business growth and change.

Providing effective workshops, training sessions and writing excellent documentation including user guides, processes and procedures (SOP) for all functions of the business

Out of hours work as required for maintenance work or project plans

What you must have

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing or Warehouse/ Distribution IT systems
    • Knowledge or ERP/CRM systems (Preferably NetSuite)
    • Excellent organisational skills and time management
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel to a high standard
    • An ability to learn very quickly and understand and absorb new information
    • Experience of providing end user support
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Demonstrate integrity, ingenuity and inventiveness in the performance of assigned tasks
    • Self-motivated / proactive / 'can do' mentality
    • Proactive, driven and enthusiastic
    • Eagerness to challenge and be challenged in all aspects

We'd Love You To Have

  • Experience in a similar position, providing end user support for ERP, Microsoft 365, Window 10 and other key business systems
    • Experience in process mapping, writing of standard operating procedures, use guides and training sessions
    • Experience working with CRM systems, work order processing systems, warehouse management systems, warehouse control systems

Qualifications and /or Experience:

  • Good A level and GCSE Grades
    • At least 2:1 Undergraduate Degree in Business Technology, Information Technology, or Computer Information Systems
    • Or at least 2 years NetSuite/ERP administration and support in a manufacturing organisation

  • Six Month Fixed Term Contract (Contract will be made permanent if the candidate successfully completes the 6 month probation period)

Total hours per week: 37.50 hours (plus out of hours support when required)
