We’re recruiting for a graduate to join our Technology team in Portsmouth or Basingstoke with the flexibility to work from home or either office.

This is a full-time 2 year FTC, working 37 hours per week.

Here’s the facts about the role:

As our Information Technology Graduate, you will work within our Technology team to assist in the drive for change and continuous improvement to processes and systems. You will support change delivery and act as the link between the business and technology delivery teams. You will lead small projects, investigate specified business functions, processes and barriers to service improvement. You will identify new opportunities for innovative and lean ways of working.

This is a great role for someone looking to pursue a career in Technology and Digital Solutions. You will not only gain an in-depth knowledge of the business but have the opportunity to shape how the business works and how it can be automated and enabled by technology.

In return, you’ll have:

  • 2:2 degree in any subject with a desire to work in Technology
  • An interest in the social housing environment with some understanding of the current challenges faced
  • Excellent communications skills, with an ability to pitch communication at the right level for the audience.
  • The ability to exercise good judgement.
  • Good time and task management and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands and meet deadlines.
  • Desire to succeed and wants to play a key role in the growth of the business
  • Must be able to work productively in a team environment
  • A clear commitment to diversity & inclusion.
  • Experience in delivering excellent services to customers and key stakeholders is an advantage
  • A driving licence with a car available for business use is an advantage
