IT Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
As a graduate at Petrofac, you’ll work with world-class experts on some of the most significant energy projects in the world. You’ll join us in our mission to design, build, manage and maintain infrastructure for diverse clients including some of the world’s leading energy companies. At every step of the way, you can look forward to friendly advice and guidance from your mentors and colleagues. Together we’ll enable clients to meet the world’s evolving energy needs.
What we offer you
You’ll join the IT department within our global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team. ERP is all about using software to better manage business operations. We’ll give you training in any of the following ERP tracks of Oracle Fusion: Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Projects.
As well as the ERP/Oracle training, which will set you up for an expert career path, you’ll also have the advantage of personal development programmes to build up your interpersonal and leadership skills. Crucially, you’ll make a real contribution from day one through hands-on work experience projects that broaden your professional experience and knowledge of Petrofac. We’ll match you with an expert as a mentor to provide day-to-day support.
As a valued and vital member of the ERP team, you’ll contribute to a wide range of activities. These will be designed to manage change across our mission critical system, and to make sure our operations achieve excellent standards. As you grow to understand the nuances of ERP operations and the mechanisms that drive IT governance and compliance, you’ll learn how to analyse issues and develop long-term solutions.
This is a role where you’ll work with people a lot - from helping internal teams and partners resolve ERP defects, through to supporting events where we raise awareness of new tech. You’ll also help to build toolkits for ERP users and support teams.
