The Company:
FTSE 250 executive search firm are looking to hire 4 new graduate recruitment consultants to join a vibrant, competitive and dynamic organisation that promotes a work hard play hard attitude.

The successful candidates will be joining the finance and banking team who are situated in a brand new office building located in the centre of London. The company works with top Investment banks, Hedge funds, Private Equity firms & Mutual Funds including Nomura, Fidelity, Blackrock and more. From day one graduates will be put straight into an intensive training programme that will involve mentoring from directors and senior consultants who have been successful within the industry for over 5 years.

The Role:
The role consists of undertaking an intensive 6-week training programme working alongside managers and directors to fully understand the complexities of the role and learn from a mixture of on the job and off the job training. After the initial training you will then work as a trainee consultant working within a 360-degree recruitment role which includes; Methodological sourcing of candidates, business development, account management, candidate negotiations and client relationship management practise.

Candidate Requirements:
Candidates will be required to have a strong work ethic and ambition to progress in a meritocratic structure. You will need to have at least a 2.2 degree to be successful and have a strong interest in sales. Sales experience is advantageous but not necessary.
