Internal Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant at Foxtons, you will be part of the team responsible for hiring all new employees. You'll have exposure to all departments and will work closely with the most senior people in the company to make sure their hiring requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

The Foxtons hiring model is primarily organic. This means most of the people we hire are at entry level and will go on to become future leaders of our business. Your day will comprise of speaking to and building relationships with candidates, sourcing candidates through a variety of methods (including advert response, job board sourcing and LinkedIn), managing and facilitating our weekly Assessment Centres, and of course delivering feedback and offers to candidates. You should expect to be extremely busy in this fast paced but high performing team.

LOCATION:

Our stunning Chiswick Park headquarters. Chiswick Business Park is built around a lake and offers weekly events such as food festivals, zip-lining and beach volleyball in the summer.
