The Role:

As an Internal Recruiter in their London office, you will work alongside the HR team with responsibilities including (but not limited to!):

  • Establishing relationships with potential employees
  • Sourcing and generation
  • Conducting interviews and case studies
  • Evaluating results from the hiring process
  • Innovating and strategizing within the HR and recruitment function

The Candidate

They are looking for a sharp and dynamic candidate who has an interest in building relationships and is looking to work in a high-growth, team environment.

  • University degree (2.1 or equivalent and above)
  • Excellent communication skills (written+verbal)
  • Natural aptitude for connecting with people
  • Passionate about a career in HR and recruitment
  • Innovative with a flair for creative ideas
  • Fluency in English is essential
