About the Team

Softcat's Internal IT Team currently provides IT support to over 1000 Softcat employees across our 6 UK office locations. Fully aligned to the company's culture and goals, the Internal IT Team is highly service focussed. We deliver a friendly and approachable IT service management support experience. Our key objectives include offering both a prompt response and a proactive resolution to all end-user support issues. The friendly and service focussed approach is underpinned by a high-level of technical experience and knowledge across multiple IT disciplines including systems administration, unified communication, information security, and IT service management.

About the role

Primarily based from the head office in Marlow, with travel required across Softcat's 6 UK location to provide hardware and end-user support.

• Desktop hardware support.

• Mobile device hardware deployment.

• Microsoft Windows Active Directory User Administration.

• Microsoft Exchange User Administration.

• Cisco Unified Communication Manager User Administration.

• Provide administrative support to Softcat's IT Team.
