Our client enables companies to make the right choices when it comes to transforming their business. They do this by improving its current employees skill sets and assisting them hire the right young people. They work with the likes of Google, Facebook, The Guardian, Barclays and John Lewis.

This is a permanent graduate job with a basic starting salary of £22-24k.

How can you expect to spend your day?

• Gaining experience in sourcing new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails to build the sales pipeline.
• Develop skills in researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest.
• Helping to build and maintain strong trusted relationships with sales prospects.
• Understanding prospects' business needs and personal responsibilities/goals.
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales people for development and closure.
• Achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly, quarterly quotas.
• Managing all sales communication and activity in Hubspot and maintaining/expanding prospect database.

• Proven inside sales experience
• Proficient with corporate productivity tools
• Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
• Previous experience working within the IT or digital industry, recruitment and/or apprenticeships
