At the heart of Airbus' strategy, there is an organization within Information Management (IM) which is responsible for preparing and executing the IS/IT Company Transformation Programmes in a worldwide & international context.


This organization covers areas such as: Aircraft Programmes & Integrated Planning, Extended Enterprise (suppliers, customers and partners) and Digital & Corporate transformation.


This role will be based in Bristol, Filton (must be flexible) and will receive the full Airbus UK Graduate programme benefit package including an annual salary of £27,000.00 per year - plus a welcome payment of £2,000.00


Tasks
The successful applicant will be part of a multi-functional team consisting of highly skilled ICT professionals, within a transnational environment and dynamic context. In the role you will address large IS/IT transformation programs with contributions from IT, HR, finance, manufacturing, procurement, engineering and other business areas.


Working within this IM organization requires a number of key skills, as the candidate will have to understand the main business challenges (aircraft programs, industry consolidation, services growth) and adapt/transform our IS/IT landscape to these needs.


To efficiently support these transformation goals and create value to Airbus, the successful candidate will have to demonstrate adaptability in a changing business environment and overall business acumen.


This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.


Skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:


Academic:
Educated to degree level (2:1 or above) or equivalent within one the following disciplines;


• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Business and Management with Information Technology/Information Management


Key skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
