Job Description
With university done and dusted, now it’s time to start what you’re confident will be a productive and challenging career in tech. Maybe you knew exactly what you wanted to do and your degree was tailored exactly to that. But it’s even more likely you did not. So how do you decide?
Cyber sounds like an enduring option or what about Software Development?. Then there’s architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, innovation, data, and so many other options.
It can be daunting to know that whatever you choose might not be the best fit. That’s why our graduate scheme is built for you to spend time learning different disciplines, so you can make a fully informed decision from there.
About our grad scheme
Working with major aviation brands such as British Airways, Aer Lingus, IAG Cargo and IAG Loyalty – you’ll gain exposure to projects across the tech spectrum.
You’ll get stuck into significant strategic projects from day one, experiencing many different aspects of the business – enabling you to shape your own journey. Then you can choose to either specialise or experience a broader spectrum by selecting from the varied placements across IAG Tech.
What’s in it for you?
This is an opportunity to kick start your career with an abundance of accredited training. You’ll get to work towards an industry recognised BCS professional standard, such as Registered IT Technician (RITTech), Engineering Technician (EngTech), Incorporated Engineer (IEng), and Chartered IT Professional (CITP). That means you’ll be placed on a formal professional register, providing an independent endorsement of your skills and competencies.

Your starting salary will be:
£30,000 in the UK
€32,000 in Ireland
