Human Resources People Experience Undergraduate
Duration: 12 months.
Location: Gaydon or Whitley.
Hybrid working is potentially available, depending on the area and manager.
Jaguar Land Rover is a multi-site business and you’ll be required to spend time working with different departments at several locations.
On successful completion of the undergraduate programme, you will be considered for a place on one of our graduate programmes. If you are to be offered a place on the graduate programme you will be informed shortly after completing your placement. You would join the graduate programme in the September of the year in which you graduate.

Our diagnosis teams partner with business stakeholders to identify what’s required to support our people and transform the organisation. Meanwhile, our design teams are the masterminds behind revolutionising our processes and creating new products to enhance the employee experience. Finally, our experience delivery teams turn concepts into reality, so you’ll find yourself solving real problems for real people as you build your confidence in addressing key challenges. Underpinning all three areas, our Digital People Experience will profoundly change the way we use technology to interact with our colleagues.
Along the way, you will enjoy tailored professional training that enables you to rapidly develop your problem-solving skills and learn to think outside the box as you deliver innovative solutions using agile methodologies and cutting-edge technology. Best of all, you will make Jaguar Land Rover an even better place to work and prosper for everyone and impact significantly on our customers’ journeys.
You will need to be on track to achieve at least a 2.2 degree in any discipline, though we’re particularly interested in courses involving data analytics, behavioural science or psychology.
Please note that our undergraduate placement opportunities are open only to penultimate-year students (those who will be returning to their final year of study after their placement with us). All our undergraduate programmes have a fixed start date, commencing 3 July 2023.

We haven’t yet confirmed our 2023 undergraduate programme salary, but in 2022 this was £19,452.
