We are looking for an experienced HR Manager Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice to our clients, helping them to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support their business objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Consult with clients to understand their HR needs and develop customized HR strategies and solutions that align with their business goals
• Provide guidance and support to clients on a range of HR issues, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits
• Conduct HR audits and make recommendations for improvements to HR policies and procedures
• Deliver HR training and development programs to clients, ensuring that their employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve
