You will complete three rotations across our HR department in Recruitment and Workplace Planning, Global Reward and Local HR. You will gain exposure to Colt’s global remuneration philosophy, the delivery of Colt’s Graduate and Apprenticeship Schemes, the Experience Week and creating a culture in which our employees can thrive, as it is our people who deliver our vision and strategy.

Recruitment and Workplace Planning
Within this rotation you will have the opportunity to work within the Early Careers and Recruitment teams, preparing presentations and business updates, supporting on numerous projects and liaising with both internal and external clients.

Global Reward
Your position in Global Reward will allow you to coordinate activities for recognition awards, support international projects and supporting our HR team.

Local HR
Involvement in the Local HR team will give you insight into promoting Colt’s Challenger Culture, equality, diversity and work on change projects. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside the Learning and Development Teams to plan and deliver training needs across the business.
