While it is easy to think Human Resources is all about the people, your major role within our HR graduate scheme is to support the business to reach its goals, a role which can be hugely varied and extremely rewarding. You may play a leading role in recruiting great talent, support line managers with employee relations issues, create and influence others on policies and procedure implementation based on external and internal factors, review and analyse data on performance, or create and deliver training programs … the list goes on. This accelerated program is challenging and exciting on a daily basis.
We’re really excited to be running a HR graduate scheme within our Grocery businesses. Over 24 months, you’ll get the opportunity to spend 12 months in two different businesses, experiencing HR from both a Supply Chain/Operations and Commercial perspective. You will gain a wide range of experiences, increasing and broadening your knowledge within the HR function and the wider business context in the FMCG industry. During your scheme, you’ll receive core management training alongside HR-specific development and have the opportunity to start a fully-funded CIPD Level 5 qualification.
If you’re passionate about people, an excellent communicator, and want to support teams and the business in continuing to grow and develop, then this could be the perfect graduate scheme for you. Visit our website for more details and to apply.
