In this role, you will be based in the UK HQ office, in a dynamic HR department which is part of an international HR team. Because this is a generalist role, you will gain core skills in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits. You will be able to develop a strong HR career following a talent management programme in a global company.

What you will need
A minimum of a 2.1 Honours degree (ideally in Business or Human Resource Management) as well as 3 months’ work experience in a human resource or professional services environment. To succeed in the role, you’ll need to combine your excellent interpersonal skills with a problem-solving approach to challenges.

This is a fast-paced organisation, so you’ll need to be able to work under pressure and possess exceptional organisational skills. Due to our Company’s ambitious strategy and growth plans, you will need to be flexible, enthusiastic and open to change!
