Are you a graduate on track to achieve a 2:1 degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Science, Business Management, Logistics, or Brewing & Distilling?
Although your degree may be technically focussed, are you looking for more of a future leadership programme? Then we’d love to hear from you!
As a World-class Brewing Organisation, we are looking for graduates to join our 2-year Leadership programme. This offers structured rotations within multiple areas or functions within a brewery where you will have an opportunity to learn and develop with the Brewery Manager as your direct mentor.
Our graduate opportunities are based at one of our three main UK operational production sites: Tadcaster (near York), Manchester or Hereford, the global home of cider. You’ll need to be robust and adventurous, ready to relocate to one of those locations and give it your best!
