At HEINEKEN we’re proud to be a truly international company. With a fantastic portfolio of beers and ciders on offer, you might have already enjoyed a refreshing HEINEKEN brand without even knowing it – we brew Heineken®, Desperados, Strongbow, Amstel and Bulmers to name just a few…

Are you a graduate on track to achieve a 2:1 degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Science, Business Management, Logistics, or Brewing & Distilling?

Although your degree may be technically focussed, are you looking for more of a future leadership programme? Then we’d love to hear from you!

As a World-class Brewing Organisation, we are looking for graduates to join our 2-year Leadership programme. This offers structured rotations within multiple areas or functions within a brewery where you will have an opportunity to learn and develop with the Brewery Manager as your direct mentor.

Our graduate opportunities are based at one of our three main UK operational production sites: Tadcaster (near York), Manchester or Hereford, the global home of cider. You’ll need to be robust and adventurous, ready to relocate to one of those locations and give it your best!

Why pick us?

“I started on HEINEKEN’s grad scheme in 2015. They’ve given me some awesome training and development opportunities. Working at 2 of the 3 major sites in the UK has given me a great understanding of how we make and package cider as well as beer. I landed my first proper job off the programme in 2017 and since then I’ve been working as maintenance planner in the brewing department at Tadcaster. Three years on and still loving it!” Lydia, former graduate

Along with your CV, please attach a covering letter telling us, in less than 200 words, the characteristics and experience that you already have that make you a great future leader (please note – your covering letter is part of our screening process so a generic one won’t cut the mustard !!!)

Application close December 2nd 2018 – but don’t leave it to the last minute and make us read thousands of CVs on the day of closing please!!!!

The next stage for successful applicants will be a video interview – now that is fun!

Candidates selected for final interview will be invited to attend an assessment day in Manchester on12th February 2019 – so worth putting in your diary now just in case.

Please note that you must be eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
