Who are we looking for?
As our ideal Health & Safety graduate you will need to be enthusiastic, well organised, and self-motivated. You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject with a minimum achievement of a 2:1 classification.

What might my 2 year programme entail?
The role of Health & Safety graduate will report to the HSE Assurance & Governance Manager & during the programme, you will initially based at our Head office in Solihull, Birmingham, although your programme will include periods where you will be required to travel to other sites and locations to gain insight and exposure of how Health & Safety support on the ground. The programme will include 3 rotations within the following business units.

• Materials
• Contracting
• Tarmac building products
