What does our Graduate Retail Scheme look like?

Year one – what to expect.
You’ll spend your time mixed between our Store Operations and our Support Centre, giving you a real solid grounding into ‘all things retail’. Beginning in-store you’ll learn all about the importance of customer service and how central it is to everything we do. You’ll build your knowledge spending time with our store experts, combining hands-on experience with the completion of various online training modules. Alongside this you’ll spend time in key functions at our Support Centre, including Central Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Distribution and Commercial gaining valuable insight into how they work hand in hand with our stores to impact their success.

Year two – what to expect
In year two we will offer you your first leadership role as an Assistant Manager in one of our stores. You’ll receive support with ongoing leadership training and learning opportunities to ensure your continuous development. Beyond 2 years we would be expecting you to be reaching out for promotion to Store Manager and reaching Senior Retail Management after this.
