What does our Commercial Graduate Scheme look like?
Joining our Commercial team, you’ll complete three placements across Buying, Marketing and Digital. The uniqueness of this scheme means you’ll get to experience the sheer breadth of diversity that each of these dynamic areas has to offer.

Year one – what to expect
From Product Management and Advertising to PR, Promotions, Communications, Branding, Trading and Digital, you’ll certainly get plenty of opportunity to be creative as well as making your mark through project responsibility. You will also spend time working in our stores, seeing first-hand how our Retail business operates, understanding the important link between Commercial and stores, and seeing how the Commercial decisions you make really impact Halfords’ performance.

Year 2 – what to expect
Your experience and knowledge will continue to grow. You’ll really begin to make your mark as you specialise and build your profile in one of the three Commercial areas. We’ll continue to support you and your development, providing opportunities to learn.
