Join the International Airlines Group (IAGGBS) Procurement graduate programme for a three year introduction to purchasing and supply chain management with the world’s largest airline group.

You’ll be working with some of the biggest and best known suppliers of everything it takes to operate an aircraft – whether it is carrying passengers or cargo – on behalf of the world’s most famous airlines including British Airways, Iberia and Aer Lingus. At IAG GBS, we are responsible for sourcing the small things (like swizzle sticks for in-flight cocktails) and the big things…like engines and airport lounges. We work across a range of categories and so will you.

As a graduate on the Group Procurement programme you’ll undertake three years’ induction designed to get your career off the ground. You’ll benefit from on the job training with some of the best in the procurement business and a professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS). You’ll move around our organisation, learning about supplier management and contracts, mastering the skill of negotiation and supporting our sustainable supply chain ambition.

If you’re a recent graduate or in your final year of a university degree (with, or expecting, a 2:1) and have the right to work in the UK we’d like to meet you! You need to be organised, a good communicator and open to learning about the financial and legal aspects of procurement. Our team is diverse and you’ll be expected to fit in with our international and transformational working style. If you can bring your energy and motivation to our team and are ready to make real business decisions from the day you join, we’ll pay you a starting salary of £28,500 and give you the opportunity to learn and grow in the first three years of your professional career, and beyond.

We will be holding assessment centres during February 2022.
