The Role: The Development Plan for the Sales Specialist

Carefully segmented, the role of the Vendor Sales Specialist can be outlined in clear progression stages. As a specialist for one of Northamber's key partners, you will enjoy a varied day-to-day. During your on boarding process, you will learn about Northamber, the partnerships they cultivate and the marketplace they operate in. Responsible for the head of the pipeline, you will strategically identify, profile and contact prospective clients over the phone, compiling a new client database for your assigned Northamber partner.

This multi-faceted role stretches beyond new business generation, however. You will employ a considered, consultative approach when managing and developing existing customer relationships. In rekindling dormant accounts, up and cross-selling your partner's products and services will always be at the forefront of your mind.
