We are looking for sales people not technical people. You will be given a specific market to develop and will receive a comprehensive training package that is second to none to enable you to become very successful. You will be responsible for developing new business with clients as well as maintaining existing relationships.

The work is a mixture of face to face and telephone based, so you should have a clear and confident manner and be able to sell the company and yourself above other agencies on the telephone and in client meetings. You must also be able to build strong, trusting relationships with candidates and clients. Other responsibilities include pre-screening CVs, organising interviews and advertising.

Recruitment is a sales role so you must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards. You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude.
