As a sales professional, the more successful you are, the more you will earn and the greater your chances of promotion. As a trainee sales professional, you'll find many opportunities to gain professional training, recognised qualifications and skills you can readily transfer from one industry to another. We have a promotion structure you could progress through, moving from trainee to sales executive, sales manager, regional sales manager and eventually sales director. Promotion is based on results, and rapid progress is a real possibility in sales. As a trainee, you'll be office-based, but will also travel to meet clients and prospects. As you progress, you could well be working from home, transmitting orders, reports and sales analyses to your office. In view of all the travel you're likely to do, it's important to have a driving license. Sales skills are transferable across sectors, and you could move industries, or into specialist areas

You could even move out of sales altogether, and go into recruitment.

This role requires a candidate to confidently approach and build rapport with your customers to identify their needs and sell the right product(s). To continually make sales appointments with clients and meet with retail associates to help them effectively sell products. To source your own leads and develop new business in order for you to achieve both personal and branch sales targets.


The successful candidate will have a 2:1 or above, the mentality to thrive in a fast-paced environment, high skills in terms of communication and soft skills, money motivated candidates to reach and exceed their targets. Have strong B2B sales ability, ideally demonstrated within employment to UK market. Be financially astute. You will be tested on your mental arithmetic.

You will be supporting experienced Financial Advisers or Mortgage Brokers with administration by scanning documents, obtaining information, processing business. Plus, undertaking client relationship through liaising with clients to book meetings. This role will be ideal for hard-working and ambitious team players, with serious career progression and management opportunities available for the right candidates.
