GRADUATE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
A full time Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant position, £16.5k + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £22K - £26K), business to business sales, business development, client & candidate engagement, working 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Your new role
As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end to end recruitment process. You will be winning new clients and nurturing existing relationships, contacting candidates - building professional relationships and market knowledge. You'll advertise all current roles, networking with market specialists using our market leading database to keep in touch with candidates and clients, meeting with your clients and candidates and consistently hitting your KPI's and targets.
What you'll need to succeed
Alongside holding or being in the process of obtaining a full manual UK driving licence, you will have proven track record of success in previous employment, university or education, and you will thrive working in our high performance corporate sales environment. You'll have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal credibly with your clients and candidates building relationships, possessing an inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. You are passionate about recruitment and business having worked directly in a sales or similar environment. You'll be ambitious and driven to progress your career quickly, having confidence and developing expertise within your specialism. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to achieve successful results.
