Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant job, Cambridge £16.5k (OTE in first year £22k - £28k) includes uncapped commission conducting business to business sales, sourcing candidates. Hours of work are 8.30am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.

Due to the continued success of our Cambridge office, we are looking to recruit exceptional Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants to add to our expanding team based in the City Centre.

Your new role

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Cambridge, you will manage the complete recruitment process. You will be responsible for winning new clients as well as maintaining and developing further relationships with existing clients, through both telephone and face to face meetings. You will be sourcing and meeting new candidates, through various means including advertising and networking. You'll also maintain regular contact with existing candidates using our market leading database, whilst consistently hitting KPI's and targets. Our industry leading Graduate Recruitment Training Programme at Hays is designed to develop your sales skills. With classroom, on-the-job and one-to-one coaching, our training programme teaches you best practice across all specialisms. Whatever your degree or background, our training will enable you to become a recruitment expert.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have or in the process of obtaining a full manual UK driving licence, you will have a proven track record of success in previous employment, university or education and will thrive working in our high performance, corporate sales environment. You will demonstrate your exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to deal in a professional manner with your clients and candidates, whilst also building relationships. You will be ambitious and driven to progress your career through demonstrating your inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. As well as possessing both excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have attention to detail with a strong work ethic to achieve successful results.
