Anderson Associates Recruitment are excited to be working with our new client, who were established in 2014 and turned over £16 million in the last financial year. They are a specialist digital and technology recruitment company that focus on roles in ERP, Data Centres and Azure across the UK and mainland Europe.

They are looking for four bright, articulate, and ambitious candidates to join them as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. You will have the opportunity to learn directly from three Directors who are embedded in the team and there is huge scope to progress within the business. Planned trajectory would see you promoted after your first 3 months and multiple times within the first year.

Role:

• Initial focus on sourcing candidates for an array of vacancies utilising technology to automate as much of the process as possible
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand the clients’ specific requirements, gain an understanding of the process and learn more about the sector
• Have initial qualification conversations with candidates before passing on to Senior Consultants
• Progress into a 360 position as quickly as possible

Requirements:

• Degree educated (or graduate calibre candidate with commercial experience)
• Tenacious, hungry, ambitious, and hard-working
• Excited and motivated by career progression
• Thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self-aware
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal
