We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the most credible Global Recruitment businesses in the market and work with a large and prestigious client platform.
We are looking for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful Technology Recruitment team. Focussing on the candidate side of the role initially, you will be fully trained as part of our 8 week programme in Head Hunting, candidate management and your market area.
You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates through to managing the offer. Once you have mastered the candidate side of the role, you will be trained on client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resourcing & Head Hunting using LinkedIn, job boards and other suitable sources
- Qualification of candidates to identify the best senior level talent in market
- Managing candidate process from sourcing to CV submission to presenting offers
- Assist with organising interviews, collecting feedback & other support as necessary
- Ensure the recruitment system is kept up to date with candidate information
- Providing professional correspondence with candidates
- Building long term relationships with candidates, networking & lead generation
