Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Basic Salary: £25,000

Commission 1st year: £32,000 OTE

Progression plan: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Consultant – Account Manager

Start Date: May and June starters

Requirements to become a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:


·        2:1/1st Class Degree from a Top 50 UK University

·        A’s and B’s at A-Level

·        Must be ambitious, motivated and tenacious

·        Intellectual, fast-paced, able to generate ideas on the spot

·        Pro-active and self-motivated, shown through prior experience

·        Ability to persuade and influence others

·        Consistent and relevant work experience (e.g. sales, B2B sales, B2C sales, telesales, field sales)

·        Worked throughout university

·        Participation in extra-curricular activities/events

·        Ability and desire to live/work in London

·        Ability to attend interview in London
