Harvey Nash Plc are currently hiring Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultants and Junior Head Hunters to join our successful Recruitment teams. The role of a Graduate Trainee Head Hunter / Recruiter is an important part of the business. You will be working with some of our key clients, finding and delivering the best talent to their business through various methods such as events, job board advertising, networking, market mapping and conducting interviews.. You will be expected to keep the internal system up to date, as well as taking feedback from each candidate after interview. You will manage and be responsible for the whole candidate process initially, before moving onto the client side of the role within 3 months, which will include negotiating terms, leading client meetings, taking job specs and building long term relationships.
We provide a thorough training programme for Graduate / Trainee level candidates coming into the business. We have an internal trainer who conducts boardroom based training on all modules around Head Hunting and Recruitment, as well as ongoing coaching from Managers and shadowing the Directors on various meetings. We also have an online training system, where you can register yourself onto any of our internal or external training programmes on an ongoing basis.
