The Role: As trainee graduate talent manager you will be responsible for resourcing and selecting candidates in the commercial sales sector recruiting for positions up to a management level. Working as part of the delivery team you will act as the initial point of call for candidates to aid in pre selection and interview. After your first year you will move into a sales role developing new business within an account portfolio.
