What can you expect to do in a recruitment role day to day?
In a nutshell, you are essentially going to be the link between candidates and clients, establishing a set of criteria and requirements from both parties before matching the two up and getting somebody a job!
But what does this look like day to day and what tasks can you expect to do?
· Candidate Sourcing – You will use several recruitment tools including job boards, advert creation and Linkedin in order to find the best talent on the market. Once you have done this, you will use the phone in order to contact people and have a chat about them and their job search!
· Business Development – Winning new business is the most important part to any organisation. You will be trained by industry experts on the best way to find new companies to work with. Once you have won this business, they will then become your relationship to manage and keep positive.
· Interview Preparation and Feedback – You will organise interviews for candidates and provide them with expert knowledge of how-to best impress. The better you become at this and the more detail you go in to, the more likely you are to be successful and reap the rewards for your effort!
